About us

With the enthusiastic support of industry leadership, REAP—the Real Estate Associate Program—is now widely acknowledged to be the most successful diversity initiative in the commercial real estate industry. REAP is an industry-backed, market-driven program that serves as a bridge between talented minority professionals and commercial real estate companies looking for talent. REAP, a non-profit organization, was launched in Washington in 1997, in Atlanta in 2001, in New York City in 2006, in Chicago in 2009, in Los Angeles in 2011, Cleveland in 2012, and Dallas/Fort-Worth and Columbus in 2014, and Kansas City, MO in 2017.
