Our Porch (Promethean Outreach and Community Help) Program aims to engage employees Prometheans in various volunteer events throughout the year. This week a group of our Prometheans volunteered at Habitat for Humanity where they built and designed a playhouse to donate to local children in need. Habitat for Humanity aims to bring people together through building homes and communities, fostering hope, and providing Habitat homeowners with strength and stability.   Thank you to all who contributed their time and effort at this event! 🏡   #iamhome #prometheusapartments

Alex Lugo, Neighborhood Service Manager at Spruce, started his Promethean journey 25 years ago as one of our Neighborhood Porters, and since then, he has supported multiple Neighborhoods, grew his maintenance skillset from Technician to Service Manager, and has been a leader amongst his peers. This week at our ND/NSM Gathering, we learned how to apply the “outward mindset” to everything we do. From finding creative ways to recognize others, to understanding each other’s goals, needs and objectives by turning outward. Our Summer Internship program is starting soon, and our interns are sporting their new Promethean Backpacks. Meet one of our incoming Promethean Interns, Sarthak, who will be joining our IT team this summer. “Hello! I'm a recent graduate from San Jose State! Growing up in the Bay Area, I love our sense of innovation and I have always enjoyed working with tech, building cool things, and exploring local places in the Bay! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work and connect with all of you awesome folks at Prometheus!”

Our FIT (Find Your Inner Titan) Program aims to prioritize wellness for our Prometheans. Every month, the FIT team organizes various workshops covering exercise, nutrition, stress management, and financial wellness. In this month's session, FIT leaders Emily and Chris, hosted a Sushi roll making class, offering Prometheans the chance to create and enjoy their own rolls while spending quality time with one another! #iamhome

51 Prometheans, 4 months of planning, and a whole lotta fence – this incredible renovation project has come to a close, but is opening doors for families in need. Many wonderful partners tirelessly gave their time, energy, and resources to build 5 homes rehabbed over 5 acres for families in need at Rebekah Children's Services in Hollister. Our Porch Prometheans spent the day painting, cleaning, and nailing the finishing touches - culminating in 630 total volunteer hours!
