What's with all the shiny red boxes? Those are custom-made care packages that our Young Architects Forum distributed to new grads from around the metro! At their summer happy hour this week, YAF welcomed 50+ new grads with AIA Kansas City goodies and invitations to upcoming opportunities. We love this annual tradition (5 years running!) of connecting with new colleagues, many of whom are new to Kansas City. We have plenty of ways to get them involved in our chapter and in our community, helping them build their network and nurturing their professional passion. Pulse Design Group is proud to support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City. We had the privilege of designing their new space, a 3,133 SF house built within Children's Mercy Hospital Campus, providing families with a home away from home. To further support the Ronald McDonald House mission, Pulse Design Group employees facilitated a donation drive to raise money and supplies and also had the opportunity to serve the first meal to patients and families in the new facility. Partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities and Children's Mercy Kansas City on projects that transform how healthcare is delivered and experienced is incredibly rewarding, and we are proud to partner with both organizations. #PurposeDriven #DesignForGood #KeepingFamiliesClose #PulseProjects #RMHC

We've expanded our previous Ronald McDonald Family Room to offer even more of what matters most: 10 cozy bedrooms, three bathrooms, additional laundry facilities, and 24/7 access for families. We're dedicated to providing even greater support and comfort to families in need!
