Pre-owned robots in the Veterinary space?! Yes indeed! R2 Surgical supplied a 3-arm #daVinci Si-e robot to Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine's Small and Companion Animal Surgery department so they could perform #roboticgastropexy in large dogs. The first recipient of this procedure in the US was a Great Dane named Finley! Dr. Nicole Buote was at the helm of this incredible milestone.
