Here's to touchdowns and team spirit! We geared up and supported our favorite teams at our annual Football Kickoff Party, swapping the outdoor heat for indoor treats. With games, food, music, and a friendly cornhole tournament, we had quite a kickoff! Bring it on, football season! 🏈🎉

As our summer interns head back to school, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you for all of their hard work, passion, and innovation this summer! They dove into the day-to-day for each of our disciplines, plugged into current projects, explored job sites, and refined their design skills through our intern program. Each of them made this summer remarkable! We're grateful for their contributions and can't wait to see what their bright futures hold 🌠

Designed to coincide with the 2024 Summer Olympics, RaganSmith recently held our own Olympics-themed Employee Appreciation Week in each of our Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Chattanooga offices! The week consisted of lots of good food, a field day with medals awarded, fun summer prizes, and of course, an epic opening ceremony. Watch as RaganSmith Survey Team Member Zac Seaton pilots the Elios-3 Drone on a recent site visit to Downtown Murfreesboro. By using the Elios-3, our team was able to safely and accurately locate the underground pipe network of Town Creek. This will allow the engineering team to better understand the condition of the pipe network and where the inlets are before finalizing the design of daylighting Town Creek. This past Tuesday was a monumental day for the City of Chattanooga – marking the official, much-anticipated groundbreaking ceremony for The Bend Chattanooga development 🏗️ Congratulations are due to Urban Story Ventures – whose vision to bring this project to Chattanooga will have a lasting impact for generations to come. The RaganSmith team is honored to be a part of the design team and looks forward to seeing all of the passion and hard work put into this project come to fruition.
