Congratulations to RDF's Board Chair Danny Ortega! Well deserved honor.
We are thrilled to hear that the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association is honoring our esteemed ASU Law alum, Daniel R. Ortega Jr. (1977), by renaming its Lifetime Achievement Award after him. Throughout his career, Ortega has exemplified unwavering dedication as a trial attorney and has been a founding member of the organization with a profound commitment. The renamed award recognizes individuals who, like Ortega, have made substantial contributions to Los Abogados, the legal profession and the broader community. This is a well-deserved honor for Ortega and we extend our heartfelt congratulations!

#RDFProject Bridging access to education with our powerful affiliates! RDF provided an NMTC investment to Nueva Esperanza, a UnidosUS (@WeAreUnidosUS) affiliate, to expand its capacity to serve from 140 to 800 majority Latino elementary students in Philadelphia. The new campus will offer a library and digital skills tech hub to address the need for technology access, an art gallery and more - enhancing the quality educational experience for our youth. “Esperanza Academy Charter School is dedicated to providing a quality education that prepares critically thinking, socially capable, spiritually sensitive and culturally aware young adults who can use English, Spanish and technology as tools for success in the 21st century.” - Jeana Davis, Esperanza Academy's Chief Academic Officer and Interim CEO Amanda Sanchez, RDF's Sr. Director of Education Amy Laughlin, RDF's Sr. Director of NMTC #educationaccess #LatinoEducation #affiliatesunidos
