After several months of deep conversations with our most engaged users, we've launched the next generation of the Rebar Radar platform. We're consistently hearing similar things from folks these days, so I thought I'd share the highlights: • People love the YIMBY+ dataset that we've built with New York YIMBY • Custom data remains too costly to visualize quickly on a 3D map with incumbents - whether your a broker, developer, or architect, being able to tell stories with your data is key for differentiating yourself and your offering in the industry • To that end, there's a gap between deal cycle and data visualization for tracking pipeline and sales cycle for reps In the next version of the product, we're focused on solving those problems and a ton of others. We've introduced features that allow you to plug in your custom data out-of-the-box and immediately see that data in your submarket in 3D. Beyond that, we're building out robust out-of-the box datasets that folks will have access to, including air rights, risk factors, elevation, permits issued, and more. If you're in the industry and are looking for better ways to communicate information to prospects and clients, I'd recommend checking out our product. It's totally free for the first 3 custom datasets you create. P.S. a lot of the datasets we're going to release in the coming weeks will be free/super cheap. Comment below with what data you'd want to see in 3D for a specific submarket!
