It was a pleasure to attend the South Carolina Manufacturing Alliance LMC Annual Meeting and Dinner last night. The event brought together an impressive group of industry professionals. redi-Group North America, LLC with Albert Stone III The highlight of the evening was keynote speaker Shon Wright Vice President - Cummins Incorporated, and President - Cummins Engine Components. It’s great to hear the investment Cummins has made in the Low Country. It's always refreshing to hear from someone who has such a deep understanding of the industry and is able to share that knowledge in an engaging way. Cummins Inc. Despite tight deadlines and a major quality issue, our team of 40 reworked 120 units a day. We hit all our goals and ensured full traceability with cloud-based documentation. A huge thank you to Todd Morgan and Scott Austin for the incredible and informative tour of the state-of-the-art TaylorMade Golf Company production facility in Liberty, SC. We were blown away by the cleanliness of the facility, the precision of the production process, and the outstanding quality of the final product. The engineering and R&D that go into every golf ball are truly remarkable. It’s evident that a lot of passionate people work here, and the end product shows. A big shout-out to SME Upstate Chapter #164 for coordinating with TaylorMade Golf Company to create an incredible and informative plant tour experience. Our very own Rene' Kraski from redi-Group North America, LLC had the incredible privilege of taking part in this tour.
