Joe joined Team Redmond in 2021, and has since played a critical role in the completion of several complex projects for notable clients, including the $12 million repositioning and buildout of Human Capital Research Corporation’s headquarters. His client-focused approach and attention to detail has allowed him to maintain close relationships with trade partners and clients alike. We are so proud of Joe and look forward to his continued growth!

Redmond's Denver team is well under construction collaborating with Hill Companies, Transwestern Real Estate Services, and Davis Partnership Architects on a project in the Denver Tech Center, home to many of the city's major corporate headquarters. We are excited to be working with ACE Scholarships to build out their new workplace in this growing hub! Redmond recently collaborated with Gensler on the buildout of Riverspan Partners’ new office at 321 N Clark. The design of the private equity firm’s office reflects its exterior environment, where the numerous bridges that span the Chicago River symbolize the firm’s mission to create connections and opportunities for its partners. Sleek and modern, the workplace balances open areas with private offices and features a state-of-the-art conference room and cafe. The Redmond Team of Jennifer Kotz, Elliot Hilgert, Stephen Santay, Alexander Floresca, and Neil Ebaugh did a remarkable job of completing this complex project on time and on budget to truly exceed client expectations. We’re thrilled to welcome Xiao He back to Team Redmond as Project Coordinator! Xiao spent the summer of 2023 interning on Redmond’s Project Team before returning to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completing her degree in architecture last month. Xiao’s attention to detail and willingness to learn make her a critical addition to our team. We are so excited to welcome her back and look forward to her growth with us!

Golf is our favorite excuse to give back!🏌️♂️ Over in Denver, Redmond proudly sponsored the 13th Annual Project One Foundation Children’s Classic, which benefits Children's Hospital Colorado. Principal Mark Fenton and Project Manager Brandon Haggerty were joined by our partners at Magnetic Capital, Daniel Huml and Garrison Quinn, for a nice day on the green.

Redmond's Director of Marketing & Business Development Kristen Davis spent last Thursday volunteering at Female Strong Camp, hosted by our friends at Forward Space, LLC. Throughout the day, girls participated in various activities intended to uncover passions, set goals, and build confidence. Redmond is proud to not only support incredible organizations like Female Strong, but also provide employees with the generous perk of enjoying volunteer time off to give back to the community in a meaningful way.
