The deals were for six buildings totaling 387k sf in San Marcos and Temecula that were acquired by Investcorp and CIRE Equity. The leasehold interest in a Phoenix office campus sold for $44 mil. The 535k sf Sky Harbor Center trade is the largest office sale so far this year in Phoenix Metro.
