Site work is quickly advancing on LaTerra and Revitate’s 344 unit Build to Rent project in Albuquerque! The Trails will be the only large scale BTR project in ABQ and the largest Opportunity Zone project in the state of New Mexico. Eric will be based in our #NewportBeach office.    Eric was previously in #NewYorkCity at Pacific Urban Investors (PUI), an #institutional multifamily owner, operator, and investment manager, where he worked on programmatic #jointventure capital raises and evaluated New York City Metro #multifamily #investment opportunities.
