Our next 40 Faces of the Arkansas Foodbank is Riceland Foods Inc.! Over the last 40 years, the Arkansas Foodbank has supported Arkansas families in their time of need. One of our partners in the fighting hunger is Riceland Foods. As Riceland CEO Kevin McGilton says, "Riceland Foods has a long-standing commitment to reduce food insecurity in Arkansas, and I am honored to represent our farmer-members and our employees who strive to grow, harvest, process, and supply Arkansas families with a nutritious staple at their dinner tables. Our mission at Riceland Foods is to help our farmer-members feed the world, sustainability and that starts here at home. The Arkansas Foodbank creates an avenue for food insecure communities to have access to food when Arkansans need it most." We are so thankful for this continued partnership, especially as we get ready for Rice Day on September 18th!
