Introducing Robert, our enthusiastic Sales Manager at Black Gold Harley-Davidson! Robert isn't just an integral part of our team; he's a powerhouse of energy and expertise that keeps our sales floor buzzing with activity. With a robust background as a General Manager in the restaurant industry, Robert has mastered the art of people and leadership skills, making every customer interaction count. Transitioning from restaurants to powersports, Robert brought his charismatic leadership to our sales teams, encompassing sales, finance, and internet sales departments. His journey began at Black Gold Harley-Davidson, where he deepened his knowledge and passion for powersports, eventually steering him to his current role with us. When he's not orchestrating deals and guiding our customers, Robert embraces the thrill of the ride on his Stage 3 Road Glide Special, painted in a striking Scorched Orange, which perfectly matches his vibrant personality and fiery red hair. A true North Texas native, his early exposure to Harley-Davidson culture in Daytona Beach sparked his lifelong passion for powersports. Outside the showroom, Robert's life is filled with the tunes of 90's Rock and Country, rides on the backroads of North Texas, and precious moments with his wife and their newborn baby girl. Meet Brice, our energetic General Sales Manager at Black Gold Harley-Davidson, where he leads the Sales, Finance, and Internet team at one of the largest Harley-Davidson dealers in our group. With a clear mission to not just sell bikes but to cultivate lifelong relationships, Brice is dedicated to delivering an unmatched experience, turning customers into family! Brice’s journey to where he is now is fueled by over 17 years in hospitality operations and management, where he honed his skills in creating unforgettable customer experiences. His transition from the hospitality industry to powersports was sparked post-COVID when he decided to merge his professional skills with his personal passion for riding. Starting as a Salesperson, Brice quickly ascended to General Sales Manager, driven by his dedication and a natural fit for the role. When not at the dealership, you can catch Brice riding his 2021 HD FLHXS Street Glide Special across any open road he finds. Off the road, Brice is a true local at heart, living in McKinney with his girlfriend and their two dogs. He loves exploring new dining spots and bars in the metroplex, and he’s always up for a live concert. Brice’s story is a testament to following one’s passion and the power of a customer-centered approach in any industry. Nick, our Master Technician at Black Gold Harley-Davidson, is a pivotal member of the RideNow Powersports family. Nick’s journey to excellence is a testament to his resilience and dedication. With nearly a decade of service in the Army, he brings a keen sense of discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong team spirit to his role. Though Nick no longer owns a motorcycle, his past experiences riding Harley's have deeply influenced his expertise and passion for powersports. Off the clock, Nick enjoys exploring new places with his wife and their dog and indulging in his hobby of 3D printing which marries his technical skills with his creative pursuits. Nick’s commitment extends beyond work and hobbies; he is actively involved in supporting veteran organizations, driven by his personal experiences and the desire to give back to the community. We're proud to have someone as skilled and compassionate as Nick on our team, continually setting the bar high and inspiring all of us at RideNow Powersports!

Here's to Bobby, our dedicated Parts Liaison at RideNow Powersports in Dallas. With an impressive tenure that spans nearly four decades in the powersports industry, Bobby's journey began in 1985. While serving in the Air Force, he started as a builder part-time in a shop owned by his uncle in Victorville, California. His passion for powersports only grew from there. Post-military, Bobby returned to Texas, climbing the ranks from Parts Manager to taking on pivotal roles within the industry. Now, he brings his wealth of experience and dedication to our team at RideNow. When he's not streamlining our parts operations, you can find Bobby tearing up the tracks on his 2021 Honda CR250R at TCCRA events, showcasing his undying love for riding. Off the track, Bobby's a man of many talents and interests—from strumming the guitar and performing live music to sharing his hobby of collecting Pokémon Cards with his grandson. Bobby also enjoys drawing, painting, and exploring new places. Bobby's journey isn't just about career advancement but his passion for powersports and his commitment to excellence in every role he's held. We're proud to have someone as seasoned and multifaceted as Bobby on our team!

Today we showcase Allen, RideNow Powersports’ Regional HRIS and Onboarding Specialist! An integral part of the team, Allen manages new hire processing, employee changes and transfers within the ADP system our company utilizes. With Workable expertise, Allen troubleshoots issues, makes onboarding easy and supports our Team across the nation. Versatile and dedicated, Allen began in the restaurant industry - but, it didn’t take long for him to find his way to RideNow Powersports. Beginning his RideNow journey in sales in 2016, Allen transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager for the RideNow Powersports Tucson, RideNow Ina and Indian Motorcycle Tucson stores. Rising to the occasion, Allen took on employee recruiting and prescreening applicants for expanding Tucson locations - all while managing marketing efforts! A riding enthusiast, Allen started on a RUPP 5HP Mini Bike (at a young age) and ultimately graduated to an HD Sportster Evo. With a love for video games and heavy metal, Allen currently plays the bass and sings. He’s passed his musical passion down to his son, Kyle, and the two attend shows across the country. Armed with a multifaceted background and an unwavering dedication to what he does, Allen is a standout team player at RideNow Powersports.
