We're the event strategists who partner to design & execute experiences attendees love, with the return companies need.

About us

Our clients partner with us because our high-performing events take the guessing out of ROI. There should be no guessing when it comes to events, and we see many organizations struggle with their events strategy, spend and showing a return. By choosing a partner who delivers strategically designed and efficiently executed, high-performing events, our clients get the experiences they want with the return they need. Whether you want to grow awareness, generate more leads, engage an audience or launch a new product/service, don't guess on your return, measure it. _________ If you are responsible for event ROI, how do you measure whether your events are successful or meeting your goals? If you are responsible for executing events and delivering a positive attendee experience, are you asking about the food quality? The venue? The number of attendees? What if you were doing more to measure your impact? What if attendees came away from your event experiences with a burning desire to DO something, to make a positive change in their lives; in the lives of those around them? Let’s do it together.

Today's #AskKatie Question: What's one of the biggest mistakes event organizers make when collecting event data? Her Answer: Relying solely on one lengthy post-event survey. While a comprehensive survey is valuable, it’s crucial to incorporate other data collection methods throughout the event. This approach provides a fuller picture and enables continuous improvement for future events. #EventPlanning #EventData #ProcessImprovement #EventSuccess #AskKatie

When it comes to collecting event data, variety is key! Relying solely on a single post-event survey means missing out on valuable insights. Here's what I recommend to ensure a comprehensive data collection strategy: 1️⃣ Post-Event Survey: Send it to all attendees to gather overall impressions. 2️⃣ Onsite Feedback: Use the mobile app or other tools for real-time session and activity feedback. 3️⃣ Focus Groups: Conduct post-event focus groups to dive deeper into attendee experiences. Diversifying your data collection methods will give you a richer, more actionable understanding of your event's impact! 📊✨ #EventPlanning #EventData #TipTuesday
