David served in numerous legal, compliance and operational leadership roles. He joined Sculptor in 2007 as the firm’s first General Counsel for Asia and later transitioned to the expanded role of Chief Operating Officer for Asia. With a background as a private equity lawyer, he expanded his expertise at Sculptor into alternative investing, partnering with Sculptor’s investment teams across equities, credit and convertible derivative arbitrage strategies. Returning to New York City from Hong Kong in 2020, he assumed the role of Sculptor’s Global Chief Compliance Officer, championing Sculptor’s commitment to fostering its ethical business and client-first culture.

The pricing of Fed rate cuts implied by interest rate futures markets has swung wildly in recent months.
