We had a visit today from Ritten. Sabina Lowitt came and sat with us for two hours just to hear about our experience of using the software and hopes/goals/aspirations for the future with it. She filled us in on the features that are coming down the pike and listened to our long list of absurdly specific feature requests. Our experience of Ritten has been amazing from the beginning. Their team is so responsive and helpful, the software is intuitive and user-friendly, and they're always expanding the software and releasing new features (including many we've specifically requested). TLDR; if you're looking for behavioral health software, strongly recommend Ritten (and happy to chat more about our experience, including pain points, as well as what we've loved).
