🚀Exciting News! 🚀 Part 6 of our Salesforce Summer ‘24 release series keeps us in the marketing track with Becka Miller's favorite summer release features for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement! There weren’t a lot of new Account Engagement features for this release, but I am excited by all the new functionality (rolling out June 7-28)! Here’s a breakdown:  🔍What’s New? You can now send operational emails (non-marketing) to your opted-out prospects from an Engagement Studio Program - we’ve always had to send these via list email.  Remember, these include critical system changes, terms of service changes, order confirmations, shipping information, invoices, legally required notifications, and internal company emails (not surveys - I always like to point this out). Do the banner posts bother you? Our Home page and Optimizer are getting a facelift by shifting the banner alerts from the top of the Account Engagement Dashboard to a dedicated messaging section of Account Engagement Optimizer.  If your company enables Salesforce CMS, you’ll now be able to copy Account Engagement Files directly to your CMS. You will now be able to create landing pages via the API. 🥁Drumroll🥁 (I like this one a lot): the bulk asset copy flow now supports forms! To target your campaign, create a prioritized list of mutually exclusive segments so that an audience member exists in only one subsegment of your waterfall, which limits them to receiving only one promotional offer. You can also rearrange subsegments in your waterfall to adjust the priority. We talked to Bryan to find out what he's most excited about in this release. His answer? "My favorites by far are always the mobile app updates, and this release they’re finally bringing (beta) field sales into the app by allowing technicians to generate quotes. So that would the one for this release, although the other mobile updates are all great as well!" 🔍What’s New to Mobile? -Customize your FSL mobile experience with lightning web components -Avoid the scroll by creating custom libraries to provide your mobile workers quick, easy access to files they need to complete their jobs - Time Sheets priming allows you to prime up to 3 time sheet list views that mobile workers can access and edit offline! - A field service widget is available for the home screen, so workers can see their appointment details, update the status of the appointment, and navigate to the location - Now mobile workers can choose whether they would like to navigate to a location by address or by latitude and longitude coordinates - Augmented reality now lets mobile workers can measure between two or more points directly from the Field Service mobile app - A new flow template allows mobile workers to create leads and opportunities from their app  - In beta - mobile workers can also create quotes for customers directly from their Field Service mobile app 🌟Why It Matters? Einstein Copilot includes a library of possible actions - both out of the box and custom actions you create (so it can assist with tasks specific to your business). When you interact with Einstein Copilot it interprets your request, determines your intent, dynamically builds a plan to accomplish your goal, launches the action(s) required to do so, and delivers a friendly message keeping you in the loop. How does it work? Using your existing workflows, your admin builds flows to call prompt templates (a series of instructions, resolutions and responses) to achieve the proper responses to your users. 🔍What’s New? - Clear the clutter in your Einstein Copilot Feed history with the “Clear History” icon - Require users to confirm before Einstein Copilot makes changes to your org by enabling the Require User Confirmation Setting - Answer Questions with Knowledge: Einstein Bots customers can now use the existing Answer Questions with Knowledge copilot action in a bot. - Service Catalog Item: Service Catalog customers can use the new Service Catalog Item reference action type to create custom actions from their Service Catalog items. Plus, access custom actions prebuilt for Service Catalog use cases in just a few clicks. 🌟Why It Matters? - Copilot is pervasive throughout the console, giving you access to AI that changes its function depending on where you are in your work, and allows you to have insightful conversations with AI about the item you are viewing. Part 2 of our Salesforce Summer ‘24 release series brings us Colleen Wolf, our Declarative Automation expert! Of course there are plenty of new exciting features and long awaited improvements in the Summer '24 release for Process Automation, making it very hard to choose one's favorites. However, there seem to be to features Colleen feels are likely to have the biggest impact on the world of our favorite process automation tool, Flow. 🔍What’s New? ✨With Einstein generative AI (Beta) now being able to assist in drafting up flows based on your own prompts or example instructions that you can further modify, a whole new world of AI assisted flow building is being opened up. This will certainly be helpful for novice flow-builders to get started with flow, and even help seasoned administrators get to their envisioned flow build faster. ✨The new Automation Lightning App, will greatly improve flow management with the ability to quickly view and access recently modified, as well as errored flows. Admins will also be able to better organize their flows with two new fields to define categories and subcategories on their flow's detail page. These values can then be utilized as filters when creating custom list views in the Automation Lightning App, making finding and organizing flows a breeze.
