As Re:Source Cleveland is getting ready to break ground on the Roundstone Pavillion this year at the Ohio City Farm we are also preparing our commercial kitchen located inside the Pavillion that will open in Spring 2026. Running a non-profit that also runs a large social enterprise urban farm requires us to always be scrappy and innovative and of course save cash where we can. Running right now at 30 cents on the dollar we are haunting the auction sites in the evenings and slowly but surely building the commercial kitchen. This last week I rewatched the second season of the Bear. If you've seen this already you might recall everything that went into the build out and safety inspections. I'd be lying if I said that this has not been on my mind and really hoping I don't end up locked in a walk-in at some point... This kitchen has been generous funded in part by Cuyahoga County and many other friends and supporters over the last year.
