We are a team of 3 (me, Chris Savas and Haley Panaro) with a business philosophy centered around honesty and integrity. • Biggest strength & weakness? I’m a giving person, love volunteering and am involved in several community organizations; including the Tampa Club’s Philanthropic Committee, Golfers vs Brain Cancer, Davis Islands Garden Club, Crisis Center of Tampa Bay and more. This can be a weakness because I often fill my calendar & allot little time to relax. • Favorite time of day? Morning. Wake up early and get the most of each day • Biggest learning experience? In March 2020, I was unexpectedly laid off due to the pandemic. The events industry was nonexistent and I couldn’t continue my event career. My boyfriend suggested real estate, but I was uncertain about the drastic career change. That was until he digitally mocked up a real estate sign with a logo he designed and allowed me to envision how I could start/market my own real estate business. In October 2020, I received my real estate license and partnered with my father to create the Savas Group. • Proudest accomplishment? Receiving my MBA & MS in Marketing degrees • Most inspirational woman in your life? Why? In life – My mother who is strong and determined, the type of mother who tirelessly works to achieve all her goals. She is funny, young at heart and generous. I often find myself living my life in the same manner she raised me and my sisters. • When are you inspired the most? When I dream. I manifest my own thoughts and dreams into reality. There is a beautiful building in South Tampa which I drive by and imagine owning it as a future office. I also ride bikes with my boyfriend on Davis Islands and dream of owning one of the homes. • Best splurge? Pilates membership, an expensive health investment • Best advice ever received? My Yaiyai’s advice, “Don’t Ever Give Up” – Giving up shows you have succumbed to a challenge, which will lead to the feeling of defeat. If you never give up, you will accomplish more than you can imagine and feel successful when you reach the top. • Best compliment ever received?
