For nearly 40 years, Daybreak Crisis Homes have given distraught parents a place to go when they are temporarily unable to provide a secure home environment for their children. SCAN is looking for more caretakers who can open their hearts and homes to children. We are hosting a Respite Parent Information Meeting on July 17 via Zoom at 11. For the final day of Zoom's treasure hunt around Fort Wayne, we figured we'd head for where the Duck Race will take place in a few weeks on July 27th. This may be Fort Wayne's newest park but it doesn't mean you can't have a good old fashion photoshoot on the Wells Street Bridge or the Canal Boat. You can send in your photos of your tiny Zoom by tagging SCAN on Facebook or Instagram (@scanfw), replying to the daily hint posts with your photos, or emailing them to [email protected]. We'll randomly select a winner from the submitted photos tomorrow morning. By submitting your photo, you give SCAN permission to include it in social media posts related to the contest and on SCAN’s website.
