Investments throughout the Commonwealth are paying dividends, with The Port of Virginia making investments in the Hampton Roads-Norfolk market, Richmond Marine Terminal, and VIP in Winchester, VA. Progress is well underway at the HRBT expansion project (largest infrastructure project in VA history @ $3.9B!), and I-64 widening kicking off shortly, the culmination of which creates greater time reliability and expanded capacity to handle the increase in demand.
