About us
Seaboard Drilling was formed to provide test boring exploration services for geotechnical engineering and environmental projects. Seaboard Drilling, LLC is headquartered in Bangor, Maine and has branch offices in Chicopee, MA, Riverside, RI and Somersworth, NH. The firm evolved from several drilling companies that we brought together from across New England, including Seaboard Drilling, Inc., S.W.COLE Explorations, LLC, Allstate Drilling, and Great Works Test Borings. The firm provides professional drilling and support services for a broad range of clients in the geotechnical, environmental, geothermal, groundwater, geology, and construction industries, on projects throughout New England. The firm operates about 10 full-time drill crews across New England with a full stable of drill rigs, trucks, tooling, and support equipment. We perform geotechnical and environmental borings using a variety of drilling methods. We provide exploration services for civil, environmental, structural and geotechnical engineering firms, utilities and governmental agencies. Our drilling rigs are based at our offices in Bangor, Maine, Chicopee, Massachusetts, Riverside, Rhode Island, and Somersworth, New Hampshire.
