Sister Cities Project creates formal partnerships between affluent and underserved communities to foster a better understanding between people and communities that are very different. Started at the peak of the pandemic, Sister Cities Project's one-of-a-kind ecosystem generates job opportunities in online marketing for underserved youth, provides crucial support and funding to over 100 black women entrepreneurs, and has organized 32 impactful events to date, fostering spaces for challenging yet essential conversations and action toward racial equality. These initiatives collaboratively form an ecosystem that can be replicated and introduced to any underserved community, seamlessly contributing to its upliftment. Looking ahead, in the next three years, the Sister Cities Project plans to take this transformative model to major cities in 32 states, uplifting other underserved communities across America.
