She offers experience with lease ups, remodels, and stabilized assets in numerous markets to her work with Post Properties, BH Management, WRH Management, RAM Properties, and Olympus Properties throughout Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. Debbie is a genuine motivator, team player, and leader. Along with creating award winning teams, she’s been bestowed with multiple leadership awards over the years, to include the top 1% of onsite leaders with exceeding NOI, resident services, and promoting staff to other positions, Bay Area Apartment Association Property of the Year, Manager of the Year and Property of the Year. WELCOME WAGON 👋 Welcome the new Regional Maintenance Director for Florida - Kevin Perez! Kevin will oversee the operations of current and upcoming maintenance teams throughout the state. After leaving his childhood home of Venezuela, Kevin relocated to Tampa, Florida in 2015, where he attended University of South Florida to obtain a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. After graduating from college, he worked on the $700 million Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino expansion in Tampa, where he oversaw the electrical team for the construction of a 14-story tower and large-scale amenity spaces. He then transitioned to working on onsite multifamily properties with PAC, managing an award-winning team of nine team members in Tampa through a lease up, stability, and sale of an asset. Along with his involvement in the local Bay Area Association, he holds his EPA certification and advanced courses and/or licenses in Dassault Aviation, SolidWorks Software, Autodesk Software, AutoCAD Software and Revit Software.
