Skyline Windows is proud to have contibuted to 30-55 Vernon Boulevard in Queens, a new construction project with waterfront views of the East River. Our team expertly installed Series 500-4.5 and 1704.5 systems, utilizing jamb receptors to meet the sequence of construction. We also provided custom extruded picture frames on the exterior that perfectly align with the architectural vision. This project features a combination of punched openings and window wall, with a significant portion of the facade’s glazing designed to be bird-friendly. PROJECT COMPLETION! We are proud to announce the successful completion of our work at 250 East 83rd Street, a stunning new residential tower. Skyline designed, manufactured, and installed the Series 500-4.5 window wall throughout the building. Our comprehensive scope included not only windows but also receptors, fins, spandrels, fluted panels, and slab covers. Despite some logistical challenges with this new development, Skyline's team rose to the occasion, delivering results that are nothing short of exceptional. The final product is a testament to our team’s dedication and craftsmanship. The team selected #SunGuard™ SN 68 on #UltraClear™ glass for the project, a low-iron solution with 71% visible light transmittance that optimizes clarity through its thick glass configuration.
