To start with no experience and excel to where she is now is commitment for continuous improvement. She is amazing with patients and our team. Takes accountability when needed and always wanting ways to improve her skill level. All of our patients love her upbeat attitude! We value her as an employee each and every day!    Illinois-Razan Alkhazaleh-Beverly-Legendary Service-Razan takes the time to engage with patients on a personal level. She takes the time to understand the concerns patients portray about their gum health. One of my favorite things about her is her dedication to her patients and the education she provides about their oral health, while providing advice tailored to each patient’s needs. She truly is one of the best.   Michigan-Pamel Velasco-Warren-Accountability-Pamela is the front desk TC Lead. Pamela has been with the office for over 7 years. She oversees a lot of the larger treatment plan cases, helping patients understand their treatment, insurance & payment options. She is very comforting when patients are nervous about treatment and money to pay for it. She is our internal IT tech.   Georgia-Jaylene Alonzo-Peachtree – Continuous Improvement-Jaylene was a brand-new dental assistant that we brought in through her externship program. In just a few short months Jayline has displayed exemplary growth. She has grasped all the inner knowing’s of our office and has great patient interactions. She has now expanded her knowledge into helping the front desk with insurance verifications. She is very versatile in the office and has great work ethic for such a young lady!   Alabama-Ursula Rose-DANA Rogersville—Legendary Service-Ursula goes above and beyond for patient care. Even in our office, she is making sure everything is correct. Ursula gets at the office before anyone else and also leaves after everyone as well. Ursula makes sure patients are well taken care of and makes sure all their concerns, financially are met..   Resource-Marie Wise—Legendary Service- Marie’s commitment to being responsive and customer service oriented to all functions stands out on a daily basis. She regularly goes beyond her regular job duties to help others problem solve and bring important initiatives to closure. Her constant willingness to collaborate is an inspiration to the finance team and other cross-functional teammates. #EmployeeOfTheMonth #TeamSpotlight #SmilePartnersUSA #DentalExcellence #Teamwork
