Huge thanks to this amazing team from Boeing! They came to the San Antonio office this past Saturday and packed 10,050 hygiene kits at the Soldiers' Angels office!! 😮 Yep, you read that number right!! That is the most hygiene kits packed EVER at a single Soldiers' Angels event! In addition, during their volunteer shift, the Boeing team had the most employees ever present during a single volunteer shift!! Wow!! What an amazing team and an amazing event!! Thank you Boeing!
Breaking Records and Making a Difference at Soldiers' Angels! Our team at Boeing San Antonio has achieved something truly remarkable, and it wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support of our BRGs including BBEA, BVET, BWIL, BAPA and REACH. Together, we have shattered records and made a significant impact on the lives of veterans across the US. In just one day, we packed an astounding 10,050 hygiene kits, surpassing any previous numbers. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of each and every one of our team members. Their commitment to our mission of giving back to our community and supporting veterans is truly inspiring. But that's not all! During this monumental day, we also had the privilege of having the most employees ever present during a single shift. The enthusiasm and willingness to lend a helping hand have made a tremendous difference in the lives of those who have served our country. These kits, filled with essential toiletry items, will be distributed to veterans at VA hospitals. It's important to note that being a patient at a VA Hospital is different from being in a public hospital. VA Hospitals do not provide VA-funded toiletry items to patients, relying solely on donations. For patients who may not have family or friends readily available to bring them these items, these hygiene kits are a lifeline. By providing these kits, we are not only meeting a basic need but also showing our veterans that they are not forgotten. Your support has brought comfort and dignity to those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who contributed to this incredible achievement. Your generosity and compassion have made a lasting impact on the lives of our veterans. Together, we are making a difference, one kit at a time. It's Back to School time! ✏️ We recently went to the Military and Family Readiness Center to pass out backpacks with supplies to the Service Members and their families at Randolph Air Force Base. We passed out 50 backpacks with supplies. The need was so great that they were gone in 12 minutes! We also provided gift cards to help families get the additional school supplies they need.

Atlanta United and Chick-fil-A are back at it, tackling Veteran Hunger by supporting our Military & Veteran Food Distributions! All season long, whenever a 5-Stripe successfully makes a tackle during a match, Chick-fil-A® restaurants in Atlanta will make a donation to supply 100 pounds of food that will feed a Military or Veteran family in need for a month.
