So excited to share this interview about the project I have started with Cody Clifford, Alex Parlogean, and Michael Hall to help save the Great Salt Lake! The Resilient Waters Fund is a creative proposal to leverage private and existing public capital to fund irrigation projects to divert water to the Great Salt Lake, emphasizing investing in building trust-based partnerships with farmers and other critical stakeholders. Sorenson Impact has been crucial to our learning process and my experience as a Student Senior Associate on the Impact Investing team helped shape the solution we created. I have felt so supported by the institute through this whole process! Thank you so much for the feature 😁 https://lnkd.in/grKJ4Hvh

Honored to be featured alongside fellow thought leaders and impact practitioners in Sorenson Impact’s new report “What’s Next in Impact?” The report highlights the trends shaping the future of impact investing and suggestions on how we can work together to achieve an equitable, sustainable and resilient future. In the report, I share about "system-level investing" as a powerful approach to address both systemic risks and opportunities. By encouraging investors to act as systemic stewards and establish private sector-led standards — particularly concerning issues like inequality and climate change — we can drive a fundamental shift in investment paradigms and impact outcomes.
