🔧 Generator Case Study – Market Connection Value 🔧 On a current project, the client needed a 1MW and a 1.5MW generator with an installation deadline in Q3 2024. Currently, lead times for such generators are 60-65 weeks. However, SourceBlue tackled this challenge by leveraging local connections and securing post-production generators with significantly shorter lead times. Results: 1MW Generator: Reduced lead time from 60-65 weeks to just 20 weeks—saving ~42 weeks. 1.5MW Generator: Reduced lead time from 60-65 weeks to 32 weeks—saving ~30 weeks.
