Today is National Girls and Women in Sports Day. We want to put out a special thank you to all the women around the ballpark, from our front office staff to gameday staff to the women cheering in the stands. We couldn't do what we do without all of their hard work and support. #NGWSD

The South Bend Cubs organization join our fellow community members as we mourn the tragic loss of six children in a house fire last month. To honor their memory and prevent a tragedy like this from happening again, the club will host a special auction with 100% of the proceeds going to the American Red Cross of St. Joseph County. BREAKING: Baseball America has named the South Bend Cubs the 2023 Bob Freitas Award winners for Single-A baseball. Out of 60 High-A and Low-A teams, this national award is given annually to recognizes long-term business success, community involvement, and operational excellence. STORY

THANK YOU MICHIANA!! Thanks to your generosity, we were able to donate 600 lbs of food to the Food Bank of Northern Indiana and nearly 100 toys to CASA Program of St. Joseph County. We really do have the best fans in baseball!

For many, the holiday season means food, presents, and family. But there are some in our community who have a difficult time putting food on the table or families who are unable to buy gifts for their children. The South Bend Cubs want to help those families with a Holiday Food and Toy Drive. Beginning 11/28 and running through 12/15, the South Bend Cubs are accepting food and toy donations at the Cubs Den Team Store. For every non-perishable food item (canned or bag) or new, unopened toy donated, you will receive one ticket voucher that can be exchanged for a field box ticket to a South Bend Cubs game on April 10, April 23, or April 24. Berlin purchased the South Bend Silver Hawks and this upcoming year, we will celebrate 10 Years as a Chicago Cubs affiliate. Over the last 12 years, $40 million has been invested into Four Winds Field with games and events generating nearly $24 million annually in economic impact for the Michiana community and over $2 million in community donations.
