Thank you Alabama Section ITE for including me in your Annual Meeting at the beautiful Spectrum Resorts Beach Club in Gulf Shores! Everyone has been very hospitable and I’ve enjoyed learning about your event and traditions. Kudos to the sponsors and vendors for keeping the meeting affordable! The technical sessions were great and the Shrimp Boil Party was a big hit in a beautiful location! I’m looking forward to a lot more fun tomorrow: informarive technical sessions, a Ladies Lunch, fundraising for scholarships, and the Awards Banquet! The Hub City Hopper, in Spartanburg, SC, is an extension of the Mary Black Rail Trail and part of the 50 mile Daniel Morgan Trail System. This urban trail includes a two-way protected bicycle facility, the first of its kind in South Carolina.
