Today is International Selfcare Day! At SwRI, our pioneering research into the field of microencapsulation and controlled release has played a role in improving cosmetics and other consumer products over the last 70 years. We can help startups and established companies validate or improve their formulations inside our FDA-inspected labs and clean rooms. #SelfCare #WeAreSwRI https://ow.ly/FmYg50SJnbx

Take a virtual tour of SwRI’s Gas Lift Valve Testing Facility. This month’s featured lab offers performance testing specifically designed for gas lift valves for the oil and gas industry. By achieving field-like pressure conditions, the facility can help ensure proper operations and flow capacity. We offer API 19G2 VO testing that replicates the harsh downhole conditions, high temperatures and pressure in deepwater offshore oil production applications. #FeaturedLab https://ow.ly/N5kQ50SJe5W

After a months-long tour from Texas to Nevada and on to California, the H2-ICE demonstration vehicle rolled back onto the Institute grounds. Developed by the SwRI-led H2-ICE Consortium, the Class 8 demo truck features an internal combustion engine that runs on hydrogen. The engine produces ultra-low NOx and CO2 emissions. Staff members gathered to see this cutting-edge technology during their lunch breaks. #Multidisciplinary #ResearchAndDevelopment #H2ICE #Consortium https://ow.ly/Wp6L50SHFnm
