The project is focussed on decarbonisation of industrial facilities in the North West of England and North Wales. Our speakers, Bruce Becker and Guglielmo Luigi Daniele Facchi, will describe the plans to store CO2 in the depleted Hamilton, Hamilton North and Lennox reservoirs offshore in Liverpool Bay– involving repurposing of the existing pipeline from Connahs Quay to the Point of Ayr and offshore to the fields, the repurposing of existing offshore facilities, drilling new wells and side-tracking existing wells to create an infrastructure of injection wells and monitoring wells. We hope to see you there!

Not my usual lunchtime.... Today I spent a little time sitting in the 'hot seat' at the Energy Insider studios for an SPE Aberdeen project. I'm sure you'll see the results next month! Thank you to Roberto Bellini and Julia Lisa for making me feel at home. If you are looking for someone to do some on screen work for you then you probably don't want to ask me.....
