This past Monday, in collaboration with Orlando City SC Orlando Pride Publix Super Markets and Oak View Group, we had the honor of hosting the 2024 Spice World Cooking Challenge. The evening was filled with excitement with this ultimate kitchen rivalry. Midfielders Nico Lodeiro and Morgan Gautrat, both celebrated for their exceptional skills on the soccer field, were paired up with celebrity chefs, Chef Rey De La Rosa and @ChefHectorTorres, and brought their competitive spirit to the kitchen. Their culinary prowess led to a captivating display of talent and creativity. Spice World was founded in 1949 by Andy “Pops” Caneza and the Coalinga, CA community has been an integral part of our success for over 30 years. In celebration of our 75th anniversary, Spice World has donated $20,000 to the Central California Food Bank to provide over 80,000 meals to Coalinga residents. This past Wednesday, Spice World associates organized and packed food that was distributed in the community. Thank you to all who participated in this great event and thank you to our outstanding employees in Coalinga.

Children from the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida, located in the Pine Hills community, eagerly participated in mastering the art of grilling all while gaining invaluable insights into crafting wholesome and budget-friendly meals. Our collaboration with the Orlando City Soccer Club, Academic Culinary Arts Academy, and The Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida allowed us to play a meaningful role in this enriching experience.
