Did you know that SN Pride was the first employee network to be launched at Springer Nature? Since then, the network aims to help all of its members feel accepted, supported and included by offering guidance to the company, creating resources to support employees at work and at home, organising events and working together with the wider LGBTQ+ community in Science and Education.
