Last week, we announced the release of our Q2 2024 Impact Report: “How We’re Meeting Trending Consumer Needs.” Food Savings and Rental Resources both rose in demand in Q2 2024 compared to Q1. Food Savings has been SpringFour’s most-in-demand category for years, and that demand increased by 7% in Q2 over Q1. With kids at home for the summer, many families felt the stress of providing more snacks and meals for their kids which are typically provided by their school. The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) typically serves nearly 30 million children during the school year, as compared to only about 5 million children during summer months, meaning there are a lot more families in need during the summer. Demand for SpringFour’s Rental Resources increased by 14% in Q2, and many Americans are facing difficult choices in order to afford housing, including skipping meals, working extra hours at a job, selling belongings, delaying or skipping medical treatments, using retirement savings, turning to GoFundMe to avoid eviction, and more. At SpringFour, we are proud to provide much needed assistance to consumers — while creating value for their organizations. Explore how we make this happen via the link in the comments section below.

“This is a wonderful resource. It can be hard to find assistance for individuals like myself who don’t qualify because we surpass the income threshold. When life happens, we often find ourselves drowning or barely making it, with huge financial repercussions that take years to recover. SpringFour is providing resources and referrals for individuals like me in need, as well. Overall, it’s wonderful — thank you.” This is a piece of feedback we received from a customer using S4connect, SpringFour’s all-in-one hosted self-serve tool, offered to them by their bank. We are proud to help leading organizations across industries support consumers’ financial health with much-needed resources that can address challenges.
