Responsibilities of the Job Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide safe, therapeutic care. Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary and nursing teams; carries out established nursing procedures and performs related duties as required; performs nursing care for patients with more complex needs with assistance and supervision. Assists with the management of patient care administered by other members of the nursing team. Demonstrates knowledge of the clinical information system and applies principles to patient documentation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine a nursing diagnosis and appropriate interventions. Utilizes the nursing process and practice standards as a framework for the management of patient care. Demonstrates the ability to utilize effective critical thinking skills. Demonstrates leadership in the coordination of patient care across the healthcare continuum with progress towards meeting desired patient outcome. Delegates to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Formulates a teaching plan, based on identified patient learning needs, and evaluates effectiveness of learning; family is included in teaching plan as necessary. Demonstrates the ability to integrate knowledge of job specific competencies. Identifies, develops and implements an action plan for self-development/professional growth that also includes peer review. Identifies subtle as well as obvious patient problems and reports to an appropriate resource person considering multidisciplinary team members and/or Chain of Command. Addresses the age specific needs of all populations served: adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Contributes to an effective and safe working environment.     We are hiring Senior Oracle Database Administrator for a fulltime position in California (Remote). Visa: USC, GC Total 14+ years of experience as Database Administrator (DBA) should be able to handle tasks on a hybrid environment in on premise and AWS cloud which include deployment, administration and optimization of databases hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Deploying and configuring Oracle 19c (and later versions) database systems both on EC2 as well as an RDS instance Performing routine maintenance tasks like Oracle backups, restores, and security measures to ensure the integrity and availability of data. This includes monitoring database performance, diagnosing and resolving issues, and optimizing database configurations for better performance. Debugging DB Job failures (such as archive logs, backup, failures, increasing swap space Monitoring database performance metrics and scaling database resources up or down as needed to accommodate changes in workload. Optimizing database queries, indexes, and configurations to improve performance and reduce latency. Setting up Rubrik reports and Rubrik Agents on DB EC2 servers for Infrastructure reporting. Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect databases from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats. This may involve configuring AWS security groups, IAM (Identity and Access Management) policies, encryption, and compliance with industry standards.
