It was a pleasure hosting esteemed senior leaders doing amazing work in healthcare at ADP's innovation lab in Chelsea, NYC. We discussed leveraging the groundbreaking research from ADP Research Institute® to inform critical strategies that have a material impact on our ability to set up our people for success in one of the most challenging industries. Dr. Solange Charas shared strategies for articulating the materiality of human capital initiatives to amplify the value of HR led initiatives that support caregivers. This is crucial in today's healthcare financial landscape to ensure continued investment in people. Huge kudos and appreciation to Linda McHugh and Tria Deibert for sharing the extraordinary work their teams at Hackensack Meridian Health are doing, fostering a culture where people thrive while providing exceptional care to their communities. Their results in the areas of employee engagement and nurse attrition are incredible and an inspiration to so many that are trying to create a better world of work in the Healthcare space. The evening was capped by great dinner and conversation with all of the attendees at Oscars Wilde Restaurant in NYC. Great venue and atmosphere. Thanks to all leaders who joined us for their passion, insight and contributions to our mutual advancement. For those who couldn't attend, we'll keep you in mind for future events.
