Earlier this year, I graduated from the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of NJ’s Hispanic Entrepreneurship Training Program and since then, have been implementing what I learned. I learned many lessons, one of them being the importance of working ON the business and making it a priority to invest in myself and my company. So this weekend, I blocked out two days to attend Enosis Mission Conference 2024, a gathering of minds and talents sharing the latest trends, technologies, and strategies shaping our industries.

Women in STEM have come a long way! Did you know? In 1970, only 8% of STEM workers were women. By 2019, that number soared to 27%. Engineering saw a similar rise, from 3% in 1980 to 15% in 2019. And by 2021, women made up 35% of STEM roles! This progress highlights the growing gender diversity in these fields. 🚀🔬 NJMEP is committed to furthering this trend by supporting women in manufacturing.
