Pat has been an invaluable member of the firm for nearly nine years, contributing significantly to our growth and success. Pat’s contributions extend beyond his professional responsibilities. He is an active member of the Young Professionals Group Committee and the Service Committee, where he plays a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture within the firm. Additionally, he spearheads our business development initiatives, which has been instrumental in expanding our client base and enhancing our service offerings. Pat is also a regular attendee at firm-sponsored events and frequently visits universities, to guest speak about the benefits of a career in accounting, inspiring the next generation of accountants. Rob has been a valuable member of the firm for nearly four years as a Senior Tax Associate. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is actively involved in firm-sponsored events and initiatives. He is a dedicated member of Stephano Slack’s Young Professionals Group, contributing to the business development and networking opportunities for young professionals in the community. Rob also volunteers his time with the firm’s service committee, supporting events such as the Delaware Special Olympics. Rob’s promotion highlights Stephano Slack's dedication to encouraging both professional growth and community engagement among its team members. As you all may know, our offices are closed on Fridays in the summer. We asked our employees what they do in their spare time, and our first highlight will be hard to top! Partner Nicholas Ciocca, CPA is hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc, a roughly 165-kilometer trail with 10 kilometers of ascent/descent, passing through Switzerland, Italy, and France. Even though it takes more than just a Friday off, Nick chose to embark on this incredible journey during our #SummerFridays.
