St. Louis Fed economist Serdar Birinci and his co-authors Kurt See and Shu Lin Wee studied how the growing number of job applications has affected how firms and job seekers approach #employment: https://ow.ly/oyGi50SREO5 Explore more on the dynamics that impact unemployment and shape the labor market: https://ow.ly/oFcx50SREO6
