Stockbridge’s Anna Cole served as a critical committee organizer for NAIOP San Francisco's 35th Annual Golden Shovel Stanford vs. Cal Berkeley real estate development challenge. In a room of 300+ real estate investors and developers, Anna helped facilitate the two team's presentations on a large-scale retail redevelopment, presenting ambitious plans to revitalize the city. Anna's alma mater, Stanford, took the crown this year!

We are excited to announce Stockbridge has hired Jon Thompson as Managing Director to lead capital raising, marketing and product development efforts for Stockbridge’s Core and Value Advisors Business. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Jon most recently served as Director at DWS Group. He has also led and/or participated in capital raising and product development at other firms including RREEF, Apollo and Black Creek Group. Stockbridge is excited to announce its 2023 GRESB Real Estate Assessment results - The firm's Core Fund received its first 4 Star rating, marking a monumental achievement for the Fund and its sustainability goals.
