Meet Karen Lopez, a valuable member of our team since September 2011. Starting as our Director of Logistics, she has expertly managed our warehouse, purchasing, and truck driver teams. Karen played a key role in our Operations Leadership, spearheading the plant design project that transitioned us from the Marshall Creamery to our cutting-edge production facility in Rohnert Park. Now serving as our Payroll Specialist, Karen continues to demonstrate her versatility and dedication. She's an honorary member of our People & Culture team, Karen helps create a fun and vibrant work culture, actively involved in organizing company parties and events. Whether it’s leading the charge in parades like Butter & Eggs, participating in 5ks, supporting our unhoused communities, or volunteering at local food banks, Karen’s spirit of service shines brightly.
