As of last week, Stytch’s ISO27001 and SOC2 certifications both renewed, so we wanted to give a shout out to Howard Limburg, our Security & Compliance Manager, who helps ensure Stytch is following security best practices. Howard is also almost always the first person in the SF office in the morning and makes coffee for the whole team. ☕ Thanks for all you do, Howard! #iso27001 #soc2 #compliance

When and how to run a billboard campaign As someone who’s only worked on product-oriented growth, I’ve never had a chance to learn about the logic behind advertising out in the real world, and what kind of impact you can see from these levers. In today's 🔥🔥🔥 newsletter, Reed McGinley-Stempel shares lessons (and actual impact numbers) from basically every startup that's running billboards in the Bay Area, including Notion, Ramp, Vanta, Rippling, Canva, Brex, Writer, Bland AI, Statsig, and Stytch. With every post in my newsletter, I try to offer the most definitive advice on a topic, and I believe this is that for billboard advertising. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? A year ago, Stytch toyed with making an LLM-powered chatbot, with mixed results. One year later, a team from our June internal hackathon gave it another go, this time with docs-focused Inkeep (and a much cuter avatar named Kona!). For the same query of “What SDKs does Stytch Consumer Auth Support,” here are the answers from 2023 vs 2024. While she’s still not fully house-trained, we’re excited to get her ready for action in the coming weeks! #ai #chatbot #documentation

Excited to welcome Theya (YC) as one of our most recent customers! Theya has set out to make Bitcoin self-custody accessible to everyone, but to do that, they needed an auth experience that was as secure and modern as their product. With magic link and Passkeys from Stytch, they’re now able to help their customers seamlessly log into their app, improving security and customer satisfaction. #bitcoin #authentication #switchtostytch
