There is insufficient appreciation of the rising risk of MASH in children and teens. I was honored to write this editorial in Cell Press MED journal to accompany a comprehensive multinational consensus statement by Zhang et al on the problem of pediatric MASH. I hope these articles are useful in raising awareness and improving management of this growing threat.
