Social events connecting games professionals in Los Angeles changing the industry for the better. Whether it's raid bosses in game or bad bosses at work, we're stronger when we group up and face challenges together. Support Buff LA was founded in 2023 by Iris Zhang, a queer woman of color engineering lead who was motivated by the class action settlement she received through her employer to give back to the games community. It is currently an entirely self-funded, grassroots, non-sponsored endeavor. Ticket sales and donations go directly towards covering current and future event costs.

Support Buff events had folks join from Santa Monica Studios, Naughty Dog, Sprocket, Believer, Infinity Ward, Blizzard, and Riot Games. Join us Dec 9 for an afternoon of mingling and meeting your allies, accomplices, sponsors, mentors, and peers. (Pictures are from our first event, which celebrated fem gaming professionals.)
