Our mission is to foster a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive culture for early career professionals within SWE. ECP AG members will have the benefit in being engaged and provided opportunities for future growth, networking, professional and leadership development in both SWE and the workplace. Our AG shall focus on matters of developing SWE members with 10 years or less of career experience regardless of age, demographics, geographical location, or culture.
