We are proud to share a message from executive leaders who are turning confusion into clarity and how they make that possible. Most fast-growing companies fail. We've cracked the code on which ones win and how to make you one of them. "10 years ago, I dreamed that I could work with amazing people, people who would teach me and help me, and who I could, in return, provide value to and help their dreams come true. And now, watching this video, I feel grateful for the opportunity to do just that. Thank you to everyone who participated in the creation and production of this video and for the videos to come. We are grateful for all you have done for us." -Jeff Hunter, Founder & CEO Matt Skaruppa Emilie Arel Jim Wagner Yehuda Shmidman Angie D'Sa Christina Sass Jameel Spencer Alex Krueger Jim Brown #leaders #worldclass #buisness #growth #coach

If you don’t pay attention to the mental and emotional state of your employees… You won’t be able to unlock their talent… You won’t be able to capture their innovation… You won’t be able to channel their productivity…. Your company won’t be able to find long-term success…. On our upcoming podcast episode, Talentism founder Jeff Hunter gets spicy talking about the risks created by ignoring the emotional state of your employees and what to do instead.

You know that uplifting feeling when you meet a world-changer? Someone who's been hit by a broken piece of our world but gets back up and says "we deserve better... I can make it better." I felt it immediately when I met Simmone Taitt, Founder and CEO of Poppy Seed Health. Simmone and her team are rewriting the rules of pregnancy, loss, and postpartum support. In her own tumultuous reproductive journey, Simmone often felt alone. Today, she has built a platform offering 24/7 access to doulas, midwives, and nurses, providing the on-demand education and mental health support that our medical system often fails to give parents and would-be-parents in their hardest moments. It has been my privilege to support Simmone as her coach over the past 2 years. I invite you to step inside her story in the latest episode of Talentism's The Clarifier podcast.
