Where did ten years go?! This was me graduating Target Business College in June of 2014! I have nothing but gratitude for this company- not just because they have given me a career but because of how my career has shaped me ten years later- - I have confidence in my abilities because others spoke up about what they saw in me -I understand that grit, perseverance and resilience always is rewarded and you come out stronger -I’ve personally benefited from a company that leads with care first and been able to impact others by doing the same -I have learned the balance of work and life and appreciate investing in myself first to be the best leader for my team and be able to then pour back into them -Last, I’ve learned that when you love what you do, and make work fun- it really makes ten years fly by!
