At The Clear Blue Company we believe that community is built on one rule - love your neighbor. We are thrilled to share that we have taken a significant step forward in our mission to solve the affordable housing crisis by initiating the construction of 238 affordable apartments at 301 Ben Allen Road. As Nashville’s first ground-up affordable housing community, these apartments will cater to Nashville's workforce and provide greenways and art installations for residents to enjoy.    As Mayor John Cooper noted during his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony, “Nashville is a city on the move and is accepting the challenge of growth,” and we are honored to contribute to closing the gap in affordable housing.    This project wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our team and countless partners who are passionate about addressing affordable housing in our community. This past weekend, The Clear Blue Company hosted a back-to-school event for our residents at 120 Oakley. Our team stuffed 40 backpacks for our residents zoned for Gra-mar Middle School and Chadwell Elementary School, providing all of the back-to-school supplies that they need for the semester! The CBC team manned the grill, distributed resident surveys, and discussed ways that we can continuously work together and improve our community. With 64 units and an average median income of $28,800, the residents at 120 Oakley are part of the CBC affordable housing community that ensures long-term stability for residents. By offering a clean, secure, and economical living environment, while also providing the necessary financial and social resources, CBC helps residents thrive and succeed in our ecosystem. We look forward to hosting this event across our six Nashville communities and expanding to all of our projects in 14 markets in the years to come!
